Deposit
The tenancy deposit is £650 per tenant, protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.

Optional Bills Package
An optional bills package is available through an external provider, currently estimated at £39 per person per week for gas, electricity, water and broadband.
This is not included in the rent, and package prices or terms may change. Tenants should confirm the current package before applying.

Council Tax
Council tax is the tenants’ responsibility. Full-time students may be eligible for council tax exemption, subject to providing the required evidence directly to the local authority.

Guarantor / Referencing
Applicants will be subject to referencing. A suitable UK-based guarantor will usually be required, particularly for student applicants. Alternative arrangements may be considered subject to landlord approval.
