Mellodi started her journey with Wards Property back in 2016. Her main role is to manage the applications for our tenants and keep them updated during this process, She deals with them from application stage, up to the day of their move in and coordinating all tenancy and legal paperwork.

I began working with Wards Property in 2016 as an apprentice. I find my job in Property Management enormously interesting and challenging! No two days are the same here, as the people and properties, we manage vary immensely. My job is certainly never boring! Tenant Support Manager
My job is to provide tenant support, advice and assistance to tenants to ensure they commence their tenancies in an effective manner both for themselves and Wards Property, I help with any issues they may face and will guide them to the relevant agencies for additional help.
I joined Wards Property in 20I3 full time and have worked in all departments. I left the full time role and now part time remotely to support the other members of the team
I joined Wards Property in 20I3 with experience of working with an accounts based role. I am responsible for receipting tenants rents, making landlord payments and management accounts for the agency.
I keep an eye on all the figures, from the top to the bottom and nothing slips through my net :)
